East Lansing High School Health Clinic – Community Advisory Committee Meeting

The next meeting of the Community Advisory Committee for the East Lansing High School Health Clinic will be held next Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Hub at ELHS – please enter through Door #1 (the main entrance). Light dinner will be provided. Representatives from UM Sparrow Health System will be at the meeting!

2024 Safety, Security and Accessibility Bond Update

Our architects and construction manager have been meeting weekly with representatives from Central Office and the high school to continue design and planning for the new Central Administration Building and ELHS addition! We’ll be going out to bid for the central administration building January 21 with anticipated Board action on recommendations at the end of February. We anticipate going out to bid on the high school addition April 15. We’ll also be taking a group of central office and high school representatives to visit two office furniture showrooms in Grand Rapids next Friday, January 24.

Upcoming “No School” Days

There will be no classes held this coming Monday, January 20, 2025 in recognition of MLK Day.

Our next Staff Professional Learning Day is Friday, February 14, and Presidents’ Day is Monday, February 17 – there is no school for students on either of these days.
