Kindergarten  & Young Fives Registration

Here are the documents you will need:

• Proof of age for your child. Certified birth certificate.
• Proof of residency requirements: (Two of the following)
  1. Drivers license or voters registration
  2. Utility bill
  3. Purchase agreement
  4. Lease agreement
  5. Moving Bill
• Immunization records
• Enrollment documents should be taken to your neighborhood elementary school to complete the registration process
