ELHS Student Services Request an Appointment

Request an appointment with your counselor!
 

Please fill out all of the information below, indicating the day of week and class period.  Please  include three options, as counselors may not be available during your first choice.  Appointments will be scheduled with the student’s assigned counselor unless there is a valid reason for requesting a different counselor. You will receive an email confirmation of the first available time slot that works with your request.  Students should print the response email, or stop by Student Services to get a pass from Ms. Pfaendtner,  or show it to their teacher on their phone, to serve as a pass to the Student Services office.
