2025-26 Tentative School Year Calendars

As we approach the end of the school year, we want to confirm that the tentative first day of school for students is Monday, August 25, 2025. Once contract negotiations are finalized, we will send out the confirmed calendar for the 2025–26 school year. For your planning purposes, the current tentative calendars are attached.

• East Lansing Public Schools Religious and Cultural Calendar
  
  The calendar, adopted by the Board of Education, is designed to show respect for the cultural diversity in our district.  The dates are holidays of major significance to different religious and cultural groups in our community.  To the extent possible, administrators, teachers, coaches and event planners will be respectful of these dates as schedules and events are planned within our school district.
