Terah Chambers called the meeting to order at 2:10pm.

Approval of Agenda

Tali Faris Hylen offered the motion to approve the agenda. Terah Chambers seconded. Unanimously approved.

Meeting Topics/Action Items

Superintendent Evaluation Process – Next Steps
- Superintendent Leyko discussed the items that are included in the packet she provided for Board members.
- Action needs to be taken by the Board by June 30
Presentation by HR Director Rulesha Glover-Payne on overview of changes to hiring procedures in the district.
- Brief discussion of efforts to increase racial diversity of teaching staff.
