Whitehills Elementary Kindergarten Optional Classroom Supply List

Buying school supplies is optional. The school will provide students with required learning materials. 

Individual Items

**These items should be labeled with the student's name.**

• Backpack (large enough to fit folders, lunch, snack, winter clothing)
• Gym shoes to wear daily (velcro preferred)
• Extra set of clothes (in large Ziploc bag)
• Snack container (pencil pouch/box or Ziploc bag)
• Water bottle
• 1 pair of over-the-ear headphones to use for iPads (in large Ziploc bag)

Classroom Items

**These items do not need to be labeled; they will be part of the classroom community.**

• 2 boxes of tissues 
• 1 container of disinfectant wipes 
• 1 large bottle of hand sanitizer 
• 3 large glue sticks 
• 2 boxes of 24 pack Classic Crayola crayons
• 2 boxes of Classic Crayola washable markers

• Headphones (in Large Ziploc bag labeled with name)

• Glue sticks (4 sticks)
• Crayola Crayons, 24 count (2 boxes; 1 for fall, 1 for winter)
• Crayola Markers (1 box)
• Kleenex (2 boxes)
• Hand Sanitizer (1 bottle)
• Hand Soap (1 bottle)
• Last Name A-M: 1 box of quart sized Ziploc bags
• Last Name N-Z: 1 box of gallon sized Ziploc bags

• Shoes for P.E.

Classroom Items

**These items do not need to be labeled; they will be part of the classroom community.**

• (1): 12 ct. box colored pencils
• (1): 10 ct. box washable markers  
• (1) 10 ct. box of thin markers 
• (2): 24 ct. box of crayons  
• (1): 1" White 3-Ring Binder (1 inch only please) 
• (4): Glue sticks  
• (1): Wide ruled 1-subject spiral notebook  
• (1-2): Containers of play-doh   
• (2-4): Black fine tip dry erase markers   
• (1-2): Hand-held pencil sharpener (one that holds pencil shavings) 
• (1-2): Kleenex boxes 
• (1): Box of Band Aids

Other

If you are able to contribute the following it will be greatly appreciated. 

• Ziplock gallon and/or sandwich sized baggies 
• Additional Kleenex  
• Additional markers, crayons, dry erase markers or pencil top erasers

Buying school supplies is optional. The school will provide students with required learning materials. 

• Backpack
• One COMPLETE change of clothes (keep in locker)
• Ticonderoga Pencils (already sharpened)
• Kleenex
• Washable markers
• Glue sticks
• Colored pencils or Crayons
• Soft pencil bag
• One pair of children’s scissors
• One 2" standard eraser
• Handheld sharpener with receptacle
• Headphones

*Please note that locker decorations, organizers and stickers cannot be used.

Whitehills Elementary Optional Fourth Grade Classroom Supply List

Buying school supplies is optional. Every 4th grade student will be provided a pencilcase, pens, erasers, highlighters and other needed materials. 

Please leave all items not on this supply list at home.

Individual Items

**These items should be labeled with the student's name.** 

• 1 package of 12 Crayola colored pencils (larger packages will not be used in the classroom)
• 1 pair of wired headphones or earbuds (No Bluetooth please)

*Please place headphones in a Ziploc bag with name written on outside

• Extra set of clothing appropriate for the season, including sock sand underwear. This is important due to spills, playground slips and falls, etc. Please pack these items in a Ziploc bag to be placed in your child’s locker.

• 1 package of Ticonderoga pencils 
• 3-4 packages of small sized glue sticks
• 2 packages wide lined loose leaf paper 
• 2-3 Boxes of Soft-Tissues 
• 1 Package Fine-tip black expo markers
• 1 bottle of hand sanitizer
• 1 roll of paper towel

Buying school supplies is optional. The school will provide students with required learning materials. 

Individual Items

• Sturdy Backpack (without wheels)
• Shoes for P.E. (soft, non-marking shoes)
• 2 Fine-Tip Expo Markers
• 3 Folders with pockets
• 1 pack Crayola Colored Pencils (8 to 12 colors works)
• 3 Spiral Notebooks (wide or college ruled, any color)
• 1 Pair of scissors (optional)
• 1 pair of headphones (optional) - 1 Pair of simple earbud headphones will be available if students don’t bring their own

• 1 Pack Looseleaf Paper (wide or college ruled)
